How to Advance Your Career
As an ASPR member, you have direct access to 1,000+ in-house recruitment professionals, located across the U.S. and Canada. Through ASPR programs and web services you can easily ask questions, network with colleagues, and gain invaluable information on the latest insights and trends in health care recruitment.
Our annual conference offers speakers knowledgeable about the challenges we face in physician recruitment and the skills we need to meet those challenges. Multiple educational “tracks” help ensure you take home information that will help you improve your performance within your own organization.
The ASPR Fellowship course is offered in three sessions: 101 Associate, 201 Diplomate, and 301 Fellow. Upon successful completion of all three sessions and the associated exams, you receive certification as a Fellow of ASPR.
With access to our website, you can search for members within your state or region, reach out to colleagues, who work in similar organizations, join regional groups and chapters, join a committee and have a voice and active role in ASPR’s success. Website tools available to members include: webinars, a resource library, a vendor directory, our quarterly journal, and free access to post your physician jobs on our website.
ASPR’s annual in-house physician recruitment benchmarking survey provides you with current national industry trends. You’ll be able to compare your organization to similar groups in terms of physician searches, specialties, compensation, recruitment costs, time to fill, and much more. In addition, you’ll have access to recruiter compensation, recruitment services and what sets us apart from the rest.
