Program Overview

As the healthcare landscape has changed, so have physician compensation and recruitment techniques.  During this session, industry veteran Thomas McKeever will discuss what it takes to successfully recruit today’s physician and what compensation package will be required. 

Speaker

Thomas J. McKeever currently serves as the Vice President of National Sales for Jackson & Coker, with over 15 years of successful healthcare consulting experience, specializing in physician recruitment, relocation, retention and the marketing of both physician opportunities and communities. Throughout his career, Mr. McKeever has successfully consulted on thousands of physician recruitment initiatives spanning direct work with health systems, hospitals, multispecialty groups and private practices, both clinical and academic from a nationwide perspective.
