How can you help your hospital or group avoid excessive financial losses?
It is estimated that hospitals lose between $150,000 and $250,000 on employed physicians according to the New England Journal of Medicine. But for many hospitals, these initial losses are just the tip of the iceberg. By creating a strategic On-boarding program you and your team can create real value at your facility. In this session we will discuss the importance of a well-crafted On-boarding program and how it relates to long-term retention of your newly recruited providers. Because On-boarding is the process of getting new employees integrated into your company culture, competent in their roles and consistently delivering the results you expect, your On-boarding process should be more than a one-day orientation or even a week-long employee training program.
