A well designed compensation methodology will help recruit and retain the right physicians and align incentives that contribute to the organization’s success. How can you utilize survey data to create a compensation model for recruiting physicians? Which benchmarks should you use to be able to explain the plan to a potential recruit with justification of the offer and to develop a plan that meets the organization’s needs.
