As with non-physician staff in health care, physician engagement is at its highest in the first year of employment. By deploying a separate and targeted strategy to proactively integrate new physicians into organizational culture, institutions have an opportunity to begin engagement efforts from a higher starting point and build early momentum. This session will share methods for improving early integration of physicians through robust onboarding and cultural-fit screens.
