The ASPR In-House Physician Recruitment Benchmarking Report is now available. This year ASPR is very excited to launch a new feature to the Report: searchable results. In collaboration with Industry Insights, ASPR has arranged to have all reported data placed into a web-based database, which allows users to mine national data for export and is accessible to all who participated in the survey or purchase the report.
Stop by the ASPR Benchmarking Booth located just outside of the Exhibit Hall at the Annual Conference to receive a demo of how to use the analytical tools to access the data and if you participated in the survey, learn how to compare your organization to others. Scott Hackworth, of Industry Insights, will be available to provide you with a demonstration of the online software.

The physician market continues to tighten along with recruitment budgets. In order to maximize efforts and resources it’s vital that in house staffs track and report on their efforts and success. Joey Klein, Senior Physician Recruiter at Cleveland Clinic will present a webinar covering the basic metrics that his office tracks. Discussion will cover how/why a good tracking system is necessary, what statistics are tracked and reported and how the results are interpreted. Jason Crepeau from Healthcare Source’s Physician Recruitment Manager will briefly speak on how to customize an “off the shelf” ATS.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants should be able to understand the importance of accurate data tracking and report formulation. Participants will understand the value of tracking a variety of recruitment metrics.
