The Benchmarking Survey will collect 2012 recruitment data from in-house physician recruiters from across the country. The final report provides credible industry information that can be utilized to help you enhance your recruitment processes and evaluate your compensation package. The 2013 Survey will remain open through the end of March.

Participation puts free information at your fingertips! You will gain 24/7 access to ASPR’s exclusive Benchmarking Portal, which houses the industry report, your customized Organizational Benchmarking Report, and access to searchable national datasets — a $300 value! All participants are also entered into a raffle for an iPad2!

NEW! The Benchmarking Committee has launched the On-Demand Tracking Tool which provides the ability to enter your search data on a year-round basis and allows you to automatically submit that data for the next year’s survey. There is no need to wait until the end of the year to gather all of your search data…it will be ready to go!
