Onboarding has become the new need – to quickly integrate those new physician recruits into the inner workings of the organization. Then to get them busy as soon as possible, grow satisfaction and build loyalty.

Early onboarding programs need to focus on tightly managing all of the start-up logistics such as credentialing, scheduling and welcoming events, the goal is to advance those efforts into the strategic and relational aspects needed to engage the new physician and build up their practice.
