Conference will provide education to in-house physician recruiters nationwide
St. Paul, MN - The Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) is hosting its Fellowship Programs at the Hotel Monteleone on March 12-13, 2011 in New Orleans, LA. The Fellowship Programs will be offered in conjunction with the 2011 PracticeMatch Recruiters’ Conference and will provide in-house physician recruiters with valuable learning and networking opportunities.
The ASPR Fellowship Program consists of three training tracks (Associate/101, Diplomate/201, and Fellow/301) and subsequent exams leading to the designation of Fellow of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (FASPR). “The ASPR Fellowship program is the most comprehensive authoritative resource for in-house physician recruiters seeking to develop and test their skills and knowledge within the profession”, said Jennifer Metivier, ASPR’s Executive Director. ASPR will offer the Associate/101 and Diplomate/201 tracks in New Orleans, which will cover topics such as successful recruitment strategies, physician on-boarding and retention, immigration law, physician compensation, and developing operational policies and procedures to excel in a competitive market.
The 2011 PracticeMatch Recruiter’s Conference provides in-house physician recruiters with learning and networking opportunities to expand their knowledge through informative talks by industry experts and colleagues from across the country. In addition to providing professional development and educational opportunities, the Conference also offers in-house recruiters the opportunity to participate in the PracticeMatch Physician Career Fair.
