Jill Albach

Jill Albach, FASPR

Jill Albach has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. She currently works for Sound Physicians where she recruits for hospitalists and hospitalist APPs in the Maryland/DC/VA/WV area. She previously worked for University of Maryland for 20 years where she started in various finance roles that eventually led her to business development and then to physician recruitment.

Jill has been a member of ASPR since 2009 and earned her FASPR in 2014. Besides being the co-Chair of the ASPR Membership committee, she currently is the Vice President and has served as Secretary and Treasurer of OAR. She is a member of and has served as Secretary of MAPRA.

Holli McConnell at (757) 252-3350

Holli McConnell has over twenty years of healthcare experience, including physician relations, operations and provider recruitment. She currently serves as the Manager of the Physician Recruitment department for Sentara Medical Group, a division of Sentara Healthcare, in Norfolk, VA. Here is responsible for the physician and APC recruitment efforts to support their 1100+ provider medical group.

Holli joined ASPR in 2009 and has served on the membership committee since 2016. She has achieved her AASPR, and is working to complete the fellowship program. She is also active in MAPRA, the Mid-Atlantic Physician Recruitment Alliance.

Holli earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Averett University and a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
