This conference continues to grow and outdo itself each year! Last year, we had more than 350 conference attendees from across the US and Canada. We are very excited about the 2008 conference and have a great lineup of sessions and speakers. You and your company will have direct exposure to potential and current clients, and an opportunity to show and demonstrate your products and services in a casual and friendly environment that is targeted to meet your business needs. This is a great opportunity to reach new and existing customers who purchase the types of goods and services your company provides. Many conference attendees either make purchasing decisions or recommendations for purchasing. We encourage you to fill out the enclosed application and take advantage of the early rate. Please note the many different opportunities available for you to meet and interact with conference attendees while promoting your product or service.
Exhibits will be in the Grand Ballroom. To encourage a good flow of traffic, we will have food and beverages within the exhibit area. The exhibits will open on Sunday late afternoon, and will include a "Reception with the Exhibitors" to kick-off the meeting that evening. (Beverages and appetizers will be available.)
You are encouraged to donate door prizes that will be given away on Tuesday during the conference. Drawings will be held following lunch. Attendees must be present to win and will pick up the prize at your booth. Please consider what your company has to offer and notify us by July 1 for inclusion in the program booklet.
