Program Overview

Although people leave the organization for a large variety of reasons, there are many benefits to creating a complete and successful off-boarding experience for the organization, the individuals separating, and the employees who remain within the organization. Proper offboarding is as important as proper onboarding in today’s medical setting. This session will validate why leaders should refine their offboarding protocols. Participants will gain best practice techniques to incorporate into their own programs.
