Resource Library Renovation!
ASPR is the leading source of education for in-house physician recruiters. One of our key assets is our Resource Library. It is critical for us to maintain this member resource with cutting edge knowledge and information. We are looking for current and innovative examples of policies and procedures, presentations, best practices, and tools to help us with our Library Renovation! Do you have something to share?
Topics can range from relocation policies, social networking strategies, on-boarding and physician relations programs, marketing materials, medical manpower planning tools or procedures, presentations to administration, and anything else that you think a colleague may benefit from!
Please email any documents that you are willing to share to email@example.com. Thank you for helping ASPR remain on the cutting edge of innovation in the Physician Recruitment and Retention profession!

My ASPR Profile – Is Yours Up to Date?
With the website upgrade that took place in April, several changes have been made to the Member Profile which is now called “My ASPR”. It’s critical that your “My ASPR” profile is up to date. Some of the new information added to the profile will provide ASPR with additional demographic information regarding our members. Other new information will better enable physicians to find you when searching our Member Directory.
Our Member Directory is now also located in the Physician Resources section of our website to help physicians connect directly with you. Physicians can now search for you by state or by region. In order for the new regional search to work properly, you will need to update your “My ASPR” profile in the Member Resources section of the website. Select the “View/Edit Profile” option to provide all relevant updates. Be sure to update your profile by selecting your region which is located just underneath your email address.
This improved search function was built in response to feedback and requests from ASPR members. As your professional organization, ASPR wants to promote you as an in-house recruitment professional and to contribute to your success by making it easy for physicians to contact you about your job opportunities.
Please take a few minutes today to update your profile. The more information you share, the more likely you will be to hear from physicians seeking jobs in your region!
