Wonder what Questions Are Asked in the ASPR Benchmarking Survey?

You’d like to participate in the 2013 ASPR In-House Physician Recruitment Benchmarking Survey, but you aren’t sure what questions are asked? There are four sections for you to complete and one section for your HR department to complete regarding your compensation. There are indicators letting you know when each section is complete. Only those fields indicated with an asterisk (*) are required. You can take a peek at the survey screen shots to see exactly what questions are asked on the survey.

Tip: The searches section generally tends to be the most time-consuming. It is recommended that you gather your search information prior to starting the survey. However, you can save and re-enter at any point, if needed.

Many physician recruiters have questions about the survey, so ASPR has set up a couple of options for you to ask questions. You may submit your questions via the ASPR Benchmarking Survey Q&A Form and your questions will be answered via email. You can also call the Benchmarking Survey Help Line every Wednesday from 2:00 to 2:30 p.m. EST throughout the survey cycle. Just call 866-394-4146 and use the Passcode: 76151010#.

The 2013 ASPR In-House Physician Recruitment Benchmarking Survey is open through the end of March. The Benchmarking Survey will collect 2012 recruitment data from in-house physician recruiters from across the country. All participants will receive the final report and an Organizational Benchmarking Report, and access to the searchable data for free.

  • 1-5 members pay regular membership dues
  • 6-10 members – organization pays $1,500 flat rate
  • 11-20 members – organization pays $2,750 flat rate
  • 21-40 members – organization pays $5,250 flat rate
