Onboarding has become the new need – to quickly integrate those new physician recruits into the inner workings of the organization. Then to get them busy as soon as possible, grow satisfaction and build loyalty.

Have You Referred a New Member Lately?

Have you heard? ASPR has a Member Referral Program! It’s been in place for many years, but we’re not so sure you know about it! Here’s how it works. Whenever a new member joins ASPR, they are asked how they became aware of our organization. If they were referred by an ASPR member, the name of that member is requested.

For every member referral that ASPR receives, $10 is placed in a “pot”. Every time YOUR name is listed as someone who referred a new member, your name is entered into a raffle for a chance to win the “pot”. Last year we divvied it up into eight $100 cash prizes. The raffle drawing takes place at the ASPR Annual Business Meeting to reward a few lucky members for their referrals.
