Creating a Multi-Media, Mobile, National Marketing and Sourcing Campaign
Presenters: Kelli Mulloy, The Inline Group and Chris Mathew, The Inline Group

Fewer providers and increasing demand makes for greater competition. Learn how to plan and execute a multi-media marketing strategy to attract and build a pipeline of candidates. Understand the tools available to develop a mobile strategy and how to effectively use Social Media, job boards and databases. Learn tips on getting people to open your email/mail, track responses, and how to make sourcing a daily activity to get the candidates you desire.

“Alphabet Soup” – Speak the Language

Do you wish you could get your foot in the door in the residency programs in your area? We have physician recruiters in our member network who have done just that! In this session, a panel of our colleagues will share ideas and success stories of ways to connect with the residency program directors, program coordinators and residents. We will also have representation from a local residency program who will share their experiences. These are valuable relationships to build during the brief years of training. Rural Recruitment and Retention: Free and Low Cost Resources, Best Practices and Partnerships

With the ever present need for more providers in rural America, the prospect of recruiting and retaining quality providers can seem overwhelming. What You Wish You Knew and Need to Know About Hiring an FMG
Presenters: Craig Peterson, Dorsey and Whitney, LLP and Lauren Beckstrom, FASPR, Fairview Health Services

Hiring a Foreign Medical Graduate may seem like a daunting task if you don’t know the ins and outs of the process. Learn the requirements and timelines associated with the process and obtain practical tools to help successfully hire FMGs. Most importantly, understand when you should engage an immigration attorney. Attendees will leave the presentation feeling better equipped to work with FMG’s in the future.

Whoops They Did It Again? Coaching Physicians for Candidate Interviews
