Sponsored by:

In this era of healthcare reform and physician shortages, medical practices can't afford to ignore what physicians need to be satisfied and successful within a practice. In their groundbreaking survey on Organizational Culture, Physician Wellness Services and Cejka Search found that cultural fit is critical to physician satisfaction—and clearly influences their decisions around current and future job and practice opportunities. Learn how your organization can use cultural fit in creating more effective retention, recruitment and onboarding programs that result in decreased turnover, higher engagement and morale, and more satisfied physicians.

Please join us as we discuss what is at stake and discuss the implications around retention, physician job satisfaction, team building and change in a reform era. We'll share ways that you can set a new path for your organization around culture, as well as best practices around institutionalizing cultural fit through your retention, recruiting and onboarding activities. In addition, we'll provide a list of behavioral interview questions which can help you better assess cultural fit with physician candidates, and the executive summary of the Organizational Culture survey results.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the implications of cultural fit around retention, physician job satisfaction, team building and change in a reform era.
  • Identify what your culture is and approaches to creating a culture that maximizes physician satisfaction and engagement
  • Learn best practices around institutionalizing cultural fit through retention, recruiting and onboarding activities.

Hotel Room Scam Alert

In years' past, a third-party housing company called Exhibition Housing Services, has made contact with ASPR attendees and exhibitors trying to get them to book their ASPR Conference hotel rooms through their service and at what they claim to be a “better rate.”

PLEASE NOTE: Exhibition Housing Services is not affiliated in any way with ASPR, the Hyatt Regency or the Millennium in Minneapolis.

ASPR has a room block reserved for ASPR conference participants. All participants are encouraged to book directly through the Hyatt Regency or Millennium Hotel and within the established ASPR block available here.

Third-party companies, such as Exhibition Housing Services, sometimes promise rooms in hotels where they do not actually have rooms or blocks set up. There is the potential to be left without a room and to lose money paid in advance if you book through them.

If you have made a reservation through this company, or have questions or concerns, email ASPR’s Meeting Manager Julie Cygan.
